The Community of Friends in Action has once again been invited to participate in the annual Health Fair on Saturday, April 29, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Lindbergh School, 401 Glen Avenue, Palisades Park, NJ. Many services are provided free, including screening for hypertension, vision checks, hearing checks, chiropractic, acupuncture, dermatological analysis, and much more.
Blood tests are also conducted to test for cholesterol, triglicerides, diabetes, and more. Participants wishing these tests must fast for 12 hours before the blood is drawn, and there is a $25 charge. Additional examinations for prostate issues (PSA) are also available for $25; checks should be made payable to TOTAL LAB.
